Care For Leather
Before using your leather item, we recommend that you use a leather protector to preserve it, but this is not a necessary step. These items can be purchased on Amazon, at a drug store, or at a cobbler location.
If general wear and tear has affected the products’ appearance, we suggest visiting a leather care professional for refurbishment. Studio Findings is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as scratching or staining on light-colored leather.
Please test any products you are applying to the leather in an inconspicuous spot first to make sure you are okay with the final result before applying it to the whole piece.
As wonderful and durable as leather is, it still requires adequate care in order for it to sustain years of good use. In order to keep your leather items looking fresh, clean the leather regularly. Leather is a natural material and can be delicate. Vegetable-tanned leathers will naturally patina with time and use. The best method is regular cleaning followed by thorough conditioning.
How to clean
- To lift dirt from surface, buildup and other surface contaminants, gently wipe with a soft, dry lint-free cloth.
- We recommend cleaning leather with products made specifically for leather.
- Clean stains the sooner the better, quickly cleaning the stains will always get you best results. Leather is absorbent, letting a stain linger increases the odds that it will be difficult to remove.
- Clean the leather thoroughly but don’t scrub, be gentle. Scrubbing can remove the dye in the leather or damage the leather finish.
- After cleaning leather, let it dry fully before conditioning. Condition after every few cleanings to protect your leather. This will help preserve the leather and help prevent future stains.
Scratching and damage can occur while using any leather product, so please be sure to use your items with care.
Care For Tableware Ceramics
Your ceramics are crafted from durable stoneware fired 2200 degrees and are not prone to breakage or chipping. With care, your tableware ceramics will last forever and be an heirloom to cherish.
While pieces can withstand the dishwasher, for best results we suggest to hand wash with a gentle detergent. If you have a question about the care or safety of your item, please email us at info@studiofindings.com
Studio Findings is not responsible for chips and scratches that occur during regular use and from dishwasher or microwave use.
We process all non-personalized orders placed before 12PM (on non-holiday weekdays) 1 – 2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
Pre-Order Items
Items ordered specifically for you are made to order. These pieces may not ship immediately, any items out of stock will be created from scratch. The process of creating from scratch can be lengthy due to its handmade nature and multi-step process. Always worth the wait.

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, please email pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number and your shipping information to info@studiofindings.com. We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible. Studio Findings will determine the best resolution and may ask to see the product in person before making a decision. Please note that Studio Findings is not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Purchase Acknowledgment
Please be aware that handmade items will show the marks of this process. Each piece is unique and may show slight variations.
Payment Methods
- We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders including shipping charges when applicable.
- We do not store any of your credit card information on our website or servers.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order and orders are unable to be canceled once they have been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We ship all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed.
- Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or on holidays. These orders will begin processing within 2 business days within the following business day.
- If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 2-3 business days for it to arrive. After this 2-day period, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim on your order.
- While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience shipping delays with your order.
Return Policy
Our return policy last 21 days of shipment of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Upon inspection of your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Once we receive and approve your return, it can take up to 5 business days for your refund or credit to process. There will be an email confirmation when it has been completed.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation receipt.
- Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility. Pieces must be packed safely and arrive undamaged for full refund.
- Please note that any gift boxing charges are non-refundable.
- Please be aware items ordered specifically for you are made to order. Custom and special orders are not refundable.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We will never pass or sell your information outside the company except for normal service e.g. a delivery service provider.

Our store is hosted on WOO COMMERCE, They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WOO COMMERCE data storage, databases and the general WOO COMMERCE application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
